a. Any violation of this section or any applicable State law or regulation governing remote caller bingo shall be a misdemeanor and grounds for suspension or revocation of a remote caller bingo license in accordance with this section.

b. It shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed ten thousand ($10,000.00) dollars for any person to receive or pay a profit, wage or salary from any remote caller bingo game provided that administrative, managerial, technical, financial, and security personnel employed by the organization conducting the remote caller bingo game may be paid reasonable fees for services rendered from the revenues of remote caller bingo games, as provided in subsection 6-8.9, except that fees paid under those agreements shall not be determined as a percentage of receipts or other revenues from, or be dependent on the income of, the game.

c. In addition to any other enforcement option or remedy available to the City for a violation of this section under State law or this Code, any violation of this section is declared to be a public nuisance subject to abatement by the City in accordance with State law or this Code. (Ord. #2011-152)
