This Chapter shall not be construed as imposing upon the City of Clearlake or upon any of its officers or employees, any liability or responsibility for injury or damage resulting from any building, plumbing, or electrical work approved or performed pursuant to this Chapter, or by reason of any inspection performed hereunder.
