9-1.25 Enforcement.
This subsection is included in your selections.
For the purposes of enforcing this Chapter, the following officers and employees of the City are hereby given arrest and citation powers pursuant to Section 836.5 of the Penal Code:
a. Chief Building Official
b. Plans Examiner
c. Code Enforcement Officer
d. Code Enforcement Supervisor
e. Public Works Director
f. City Engineer
g. Community Development Director
