a. If a condition referred to in a stop order issued pursuant to Section 9-69 is not abated within ten (10) days of the posting of the order, the Health Officer or his designee shall commence nuisance abatement proceedings as outlined in Chapter X of the Clearlake Municipal Code. (Ord. #23-90, S1)
