18-12.030 Property Development Standards.
This subsection is included in your selections.
a. Residential density shall be as provided in the specific plan.
b. Height, yards, coverage and parking shall be as provided in the specific plan. If the specific plan does not contain explicit provisions on these items, they shall be as provided in the underlying zone.
c. Other development features explicitly contained in the specific plan, such as landscaping, building siting and form and circulation, shall be as provided in the specific plan. (Ord. #248-2020, S2 (Exh. A))
