18-19.130 Personal Cannabis Cultivation.
This subsection is included in your selections.
a. Purpose and Intent. It is the purpose and intent of the City to regulate personal cultivation of cannabis within the City in order to preserve the public peace, health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Clearlake.
b. Applicability. Personal cultivation of cannabis within the City is subject to the provisions of Article 18-41 (Personal Marijuana Cultivation). (Ord. #248-2020, S2 (Exh. A))
